Referral & Affiliate Program Terms
Effective date: 2 November 2026
How inviting friends to Winappio works, when referral rewards are credited, and the sharing and anti-fraud rules that keep the programme fair.
These terms govern our referral programme — inviting friends to Winappio with your unique referral link. They sit alongside the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Player Agreement. By sharing a referral link you accept them.
1. Taking part
You need an active Winappio account in good standing. Share the referral link from your own account, not one copied from someone else. A referred friend must be a new user who is eligible to use the app in their own country.
There is no fixed list of eligible countries in these terms: availability follows the app itself, because games, surveys, offers and rewards differ by region and change over time.
2. How referral rewards work
Referral rewards are credited for the genuine activity of new users who register through your link. The qualifying actions, the reward type and the amounts are shown in the app, and can vary by region and by campaign. We do not state a fixed amount here because the app is the authoritative source.
A referral is only counted once per new user. Activity on an account that already existed, or on an account you control, does not qualify.
3. Attribution and tracking
A referral is attributed when a new user registers after opening your link, within a 30-day attribution window. If they register after that window, or through a different link, the referral is not attributed to you.
Referral links use first-party storage to remember the referral. That storage is treated as strictly necessary for the programme to function; no advertising or analytics tracker is placed on a visitor for referral purposes without the consent described in our Cookie Policy.
4. Verification and anti-fraud
Rewards are not credited instantly. They are validated server-side before they become available, and they can be withheld or reversed where activity is not genuine.
Invalid activity includes self-referrals, duplicate or multiple accounts, accounts created with disposable identities, VPN or proxy use intended to bypass regional rules, emulators and device farms, automated or scripted sign-ups, and any attempt to simulate engagement.
5. Your responsibilities when sharing
Share your link lawfully and honestly. Tell people that you may receive a reward if they join — an incentive must be disclosed, not hidden. Do not promise earnings, guaranteed payouts or specific reward values, and do not describe Winappio as a way to make a living.
Only contact people who have agreed to hear from you. Where data protection law applies, including the GDPR and UK GDPR, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for honouring any request to stop.
6. What is not allowed
No spam or unsolicited bulk messages. No deceptive incentivisation, such as offering a share of a reward you have not actually received. No impersonating Winappio, and no use of our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests we endorse your page, channel or advert.
No paid advertising that presents itself as an official Winappio advert, and no behaviour likely to damage the brand or mislead users about who is speaking.
7. Relationship between us
Taking part does not create employment, partnership, agency or a joint venture. You cannot make commitments on our behalf, and you are responsible for your own tax affairs on any rewards you receive.
8. Suspension, termination and appeals
We may suspend or end your participation if these terms are broken, and rewards earned through invalid activity can be forfeited. Genuine rewards already earned through valid activity are not removed simply because the programme changes.
If you think a decision is wrong, contact support and ask for a review. A person looks at appeals; enforcement is not left entirely to automation.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right you have under consumer protection law, and nothing prevents you from bringing a claim you are legally entitled to bring. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your participation.
10. Changes to the programme
We can change or end the programme, and change these terms. Material changes are published with a new effective date. Continuing to take part after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where Perkmedia LLC is established, except where the law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer protection rights in the country where you live are unaffected.
Questions about the programme or a specific referral can be raised through the support channel in the app, or via the contact page on winappio.net.
