Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy

Effective date: 2 November 2026

What is not allowed, how abuse is detected, and how to appeal a decision.

Purpose of this policy

Rewards are funded by partners. When activity is faked, partners stop paying, and the rewards available to every honest player shrink. This policy sets out what is not allowed, how we detect it, and what happens when we do.

1. Prohibited conduct

The following are prohibited, whether done by you or on your behalf:

Automation and manipulation. Bots, scripts, autoclickers, macros, headless browsers, emulators, virtual machines or device farms used to generate activity or complete offers.

Location and identity deception. VPNs, proxies, DNS tricks or falsified device settings used to appear in a region you are not in, or to obtain offers not available to you.

Multiple accounts. Creating or operating more than one account, or recreating an account after termination, including through a different email address or sign-in provider.

Offer abuse. Completing an offer for someone else, using another person's identity or payment details, or coordinating with others to claim the same offer artificially.

Survey fraud. Giving deliberately false or random answers to qualify for a survey you are not eligible for, or participating in a survey for a subject you are not part of.

Interference. Tampering with app traffic, altering local storage or app files, reverse engineering the app, probing or attacking our systems, or interfering with reward validation.

Extraction. Scraping, bulk-downloading or republishing content from the service, or reselling access to it.

Abuse of people. Harassing support staff or other players, or repeatedly raising knowingly false disputes.

2. How we detect abuse

We combine partner postback validation, device and network signals, behavioural patterns and manual review. Signals include things like several accounts on one device, an unrealistic rate of completed offers, region mismatches, emulator fingerprints and shared payout destinations. Some checks are automated. None of them are foolproof, which is why there is an appeal route in section 4.

3. Consequences

Depending on severity and history, we may withhold pending Coins, reverse credited Coins, decline a redemption, require verification, suspend the account, or terminate it and forfeit the balance. Where a partner has been harmed, we may be required to share the relevant records with them.

4. Appeals and human review

If we take action against your account based on an automated check, you can ask for human review through in-app support. Tell us what you were doing and when. We will look at the evidence and tell you the outcome. An appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, but every appeal is reviewed by a person.

5. Reporting abuse

If you become aware of abuse — a method for faking completions, a bot service selling rewards, or a coordinated fraud ring — report it through in-app support or Discord. Reports are treated confidentially.

6. Cooperation with partners and authorities

We share fraud-relevant records with offer partners and reward suppliers, and we may report suspected crime to the competent authorities where the law requires or permits it.

7. No retaliation

We will not take action against you for raising a legitimate dispute, appealing a decision in good faith, or exercising a privacy right.
