Player Agreement
Effective date: 2 November 2026
The practical rulebook for playing Cash Winappio — how you earn, what is not allowed, and what happens if the rules are broken.
What this agreement covers
This Player Agreement is the rulebook for taking part in Cash Winappio. It sits alongside our Terms of Service and applies with them. It covers how Coins are earned, what counts as fair play, and what happens when someone breaks the rules. The substance matches the Terms; this version is written to be readable.
1. Your account is personal
One account per person, and it must be yours. Accounts cannot be sold, shared, transferred or operated on someone else's behalf. If you help a friend get started, they need their own account.
2. Earning Coins honestly
Coins are credited when a partner confirms an activity was genuinely completed — reaching the stated level or milestone in a game, finishing a survey, or completing a partner task. Every activity shows what it is worth before you start.
Waiting for confirmation is normal. If a partner has not reported back yet, the task stays pending rather than being credited early.
3. What counts as cheating
Prohibited: bots, scripts, autoclickers or any automation; emulators or device farms used to complete offers; VPNs or proxies used to appear in a region you are not in; multiple or duplicate accounts; completing an offer for another person; tampering with the app or its network traffic; and submitting false information during verification.
These rules exist because partners fund the rewards. If activity is faked, the funding goes away for everyone.
4. Coins, thresholds and redemptions
Coins are virtual points. They have no cash value until redeemed through an authorised withdrawal method, cannot be transferred between accounts, and are forfeited if an account is closed for a rule breach.
Redemptions require the minimum threshold shown in your app, plus anti-fraud and identity checks. Reward options depend on your country and change over time.
5. Chargebacks and revoked rewards
If a partner reverses or refuses payment for an activity — for example because the completion was judged fraudulent or the install was reversed — the Coins credited for it are removed from your balance. If those Coins were already redeemed, the balance can go negative and future earnings offset it.
6. Verification
We may ask you to verify identity, age or location before a redemption. This is a legal and anti-fraud requirement rather than a judgement about you, and it applies to everyone above a certain redemption level.
7. Suspension and closure
Where we find a breach of this agreement we may withhold pending Coins, decline a redemption, suspend the account or close it. We take account history and severity into account, and you can appeal through in-app support.
8. Playing third-party games
Games and surveys come from partner networks. You accept their terms when you start one, and progress is tracked by them. If progress is not confirmed, contact support with the offer name and date — we can raise it with the partner, though the partner's verification is final.
9. Fair use of support
Support exists to resolve real problems. Repeatedly disputing legitimately completed offers, or harassing support staff, breaches this agreement.
